COVID - 19 Booking Information

We are now reopen for bookings however taking our responsibility to public safety very seriously.

The following restrictions will be in place to keep both our customers and instructors safe for the foreseeable future:

• Masks are now optional
• No restrictions on visitor numbers
• Generally, our customers arrive for the experiences around 15 - 20 minutes before a session. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS. We ask you arrive no more than 10 minutes before the session to minimise your time in the building.
• We have hand sanitiser stations which are to be used when entering the building and also before entering the simulator.
• Please follow the instructions from members of staff when in the building regarding how to move through the building.

We will be cleaning all the commonly used areas at the beginning of the day and after each simulator session.

Voucher information

Vouchers purchased directly from us​ - Our vouchers are valid for 24 months from date of purchase.

Any vouchers which were purchased through a 3rd party - please contact the vendor to check the validity of the voucher and have the voucher extended where possible.
